Rance and his wife, Susanne, started Arrowhead Roofing in 1999. Rance is passionate about providing Wichita Falls and surrounding communities with the highest quality of service and workmanship. He loves working with his team and helping meet the needs of every customer.
Rance and I started Arrowhead Roofing in 1999. It has has been fun to watch the company grow through the years from a small desk in our bedroom to our office we have now. Our team is on the go and working non-stop to help our customers get the products and service they deserve. We are all here to help you in any way we can. My main job is to help Rance and Dawn, the office manager in any way that is needed.
Dawn has worked with Arrowhead since 2003 as our full time manager. Her favorite part of her job is helping homeowners make decisions about updating the exterior of their homes. She says, "Arrowhead is one big family, I am honored to work for Rance and Susanne. I love how Arrowhead backs our community and that we all work to make Wichita Falls a better place."
Russ has 20+ years of roofing and sales experience, 5+ Years as an adjuster, and
12 years in the ARMY.

I’ve been with Arrowhead Roofing since 2025 and in the roofing industry since 2021, and I truly enjoy helping homeowners through the roofing process. I love meeting and talking with customers, understanding their needs, and making sure they feel confident and taken care of. My goal is always to provide honest service, quality work, and an experience that leaves every customer completely satisfied.
Tony has worked for Arrowhead since 2003, he handles all things construction!
Randy is a second generation working for Arrowhead! Randy has been a part of the Arrowhead roofing team since 2006.
Robin has worked for Arrowhead since 2013 in quality control. He loves getting to visit with customers after a job is completed!

As head of client relations, she excels at turning first-time visitors into lifelong friends and diffusing high-stress moments with soft ears and comforting snuggles.When off the clock, Freya Rose enjoys playing in the water, car rides and quality control testing new treats, and maintaining an unbeatable 100% approval rating.
