Rance and his wife, Susanne, started Arrowhead Roofing in 1999. Rance is passionate about providing Wichita Falls and surrounding communities with the highest quality of service and workmanship. He loves working with his team and helping meet the needs of every customer.
Rance and I started Arrowhead Roofing in 1999. It has has been fun to watch the company grow through the years from a small desk in our bedroom to our office we have now. Our team is on the go and working non-stop to help our customers get the products and service they deserve. We are all here to help you in any way we can. My main job is to help Rance and Dawn, the office manager in any way that is needed.
Dawn has worked with Arrowhead since 2003 as our full time manager. Her favorite part of her job is helping homeowners make decisions about updating the exterior of their homes. She says, "Arrowhead is one big family, I am honored to work for Rance and Susanne. I love how Arrowhead backs our community and that we all work to make Wichita Falls a better place."
Russ has 20+ years of roofing and sales experience, 5+ Years as an adjuster, and
12 years in the ARMY.
Tony has worked for Arrowhead since 2003, he handles all things construction!
Mike has worked for Arrowhead since 2005 as our siding contractor! His favorite part of the job is seeing people's faces when they see their new home with new siding, soffit, and facia. Especially when they change the colors of their home!
Randy is a second generation working for Arrowhead! Randy has been a part of the Arrowhead roofing team since 2006.
Robin has worked for Arrowhead since 2013 in quality control. He loves getting to visit with customers after a job is completed!
